Shipping to Europe
We ship to all European countries by using insured FedEx or UPS courier. The flat shipping rate to EU countries and the UK is 9 EUR or free shipping on all orders (make sure to select the free shipping option while checking out as it is not automatically selected) above 100 EUR! The average delivery time is between 2-5 working days for EU countries and 4-7 working days for UK and Ireland (there are still some Brexit and Covid related disturbances therefore please expect a slightly longer shipping time to the UK). Please note that average shipping times are not the same as guaranteed shipping times.
Shipping to Europe but outside of EU (Belarus, Norway, Switzerland and Ukraine) is 15 EUR and is also handled by FedEx or UPS. The average shipping time is 4-7 working days.
Shipping to rest of the World
We offer shipping via insured FedEx/UPS. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders above 200 EUR. For orders below this amount following costs apply:
- United States and Canada: 16 EUR, average delivery time 4-8 working days
- Australia and New Zealand: 20 EUR, average delivery time 5-10 working days
- Asia: China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and United Arab Emirates: 20 EUR, average delivery time 4-10 working days
- All other countries: 30 EUR, average delivery time 5-14 working days
Shipping to Poland
Shipping to Poland is 3.75 EUR and free for orders above 62.5 EUR. Your order will be shipped via InPost courier service and is insured and trackable with tracking number. Delivery time is next day after the order has been dispatched.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the order (EU customers only). Please send our customer service an email. The item has to be in a new and unused condition and you are responsible for the cost and safe delivery back to our address. As soon as the goods have been received by our warehouse we will return you your money within 14 days.
