Most frequent questions and answers
If you are located in any other country than Poland we will ship your order using the Post Office. All orders that we send are express air mail orders that can be tracked. For Polish orders we use a courier service to deliver your package.
This really depends on your domestic post office. It can be all from 2-4 days to most of the European Union, 5-10 days to the UK and Ireland and between 7-14 days to the rest of the World. We send all of our parcels with priority shipping, ensuring that they reach their destination as soon as possible. We send out many packages to many different countries so please contact us if you need average shipping times to your country.
All of our packages are sent via registered mail. This virtually eliminates the risk of it being lost on the way. The package can be tracked online and therefore it can most often be found even if it is misplaced. If you are experiencing such problems please contact us and we will solve the issue together!
We ship to all countries excluding South America, this because we have had many missing packages shipped over there. We have not had the pleasure to ship to all countries in the World yet so if you are unsure about how it works in your country just contact us for more info!
We accept PayPal, which means that you can pay either by using your registered PayPal account or directly via debit or credit card without registering with PayPal (please use the I want to pay without registering option). We also accept payment with Visa or Mastercard directly via our payment gateway which is Stripe.
You will receive a tracking link in the email confirming the shipment of your order. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country it can also be tracked on your local post office’s homepage.
For customers within the EU: You have the right to return your order in an unused condition within 14 days from receiving it. Before returning your order you need to contact us.
Please note that you must cover the shipping costs for the return and that you are responsible for the package and that it reaches us in good condition. We suggest sending your return as a registered package. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery packages.
If you receive an item that is faulty or that differs from what you’ve ordered (another size, another model or pattern) we can exchange it for free to the right product. The return shipping and shipping of the new item in such a situation will be covered by us.
