Most frequent questions and answers

If you are located in any other country than Poland we will ship your order using FedEx or UPS. All orders that we send are express orders that can be tracked. For Polish orders we use the domestic courier service InPost to deliver your package.

This really depends on the destination country. The approximate delivery time from to most of the European Union is 2-5 business days, 5-8 business days to the UK and Ireland and between 7-10 business days to the rest of the World. We send out many packages to many different countries so please contact us if you need average shipping times to your country.

All of our packages are sent via registered courier. This virtually eliminates the risk of it being lost on the way. The package can be tracked online and therefore it can most often be found even if it is misplaced. If you are experiencing such problems please contact us and we will solve the issue together!

In theory we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed as a destination country please reach out to us and we will look at a solution.

We accept PayPal, which means that you can pay either by using your registered PayPal account or directly via debit or credit card without registering with PayPal (please use the I want to pay without registering option). We also accept payment with Visa/Mastercard/American Express directly via our payment gateway which is Stripe.

No, you can order as a guest without any necessary registration hassle. We want to provide our customers with a quick and easy way of ordering!

You will receive a tracking link in the email from FedEx or UPS (or InPost in Poland) and you can also see updates on your order via the emails that you receive from Raspberry Republic. 

For customers within the EU: You have the right to return your order in an unused condition within 14 days from receiving it. Before returning your order you need to contact us.

Please note that you must cover the shipping costs for the return and that you are responsible for the package and that it reaches us in good condition. We suggest sending your return as a registered package. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery packages.

If you receive an item that is faulty or that differs from what you’ve ordered (another size, another model or pattern) we can exchange it for free to the right product. The return shipping and shipping of the new item in such a situation will be covered by us.
